Samsung SmartThings and Philips Hue have announced a partnership to create immersive music experiences, providing users with “Customizable dynamic lighting that syncs with any music content and allows users to transform their smart home into the ultimate home entertainment hub.“
The SmartThings IoT platform that enables different devices to be connected and controlled remotely by users using companion apps and voice commands is expanding its partnership with Philips Hue lighting in the form of a new Hue Sync integration in the SmartThings platform. Galaxy users will be able to sync their Philips Hue bulbs with most music streaming services directly from their smartphone or tablet.
