Paramount + and SHOWTIME have always been offered as a bundle for both apps. Today, broadcasters announced that they are combining the two services into one. With this, all SHOWTIME content will be available within the Paramount + app at new special prices.
According to a press release, Paramount+ introduces a new bundle that brings “an expanded library of original series, hit shows, and blockbuster movies with its premium SHOWTIME portfolio of services, all within the Paramount+ app.”
For US customers, this new package, for a limited time, will cost $7.99 per month for the Basic plan and $12.99 per month for the Premium plan.
“The Paramount+ bundle with SHOWTIME delivers unprecedented value to consumers by providing one of the broadest libraries of content in streaming at one of the lowest prices in the market,” said Tom Ryan, President and CEO of Paramount Global Streaming. “This unique user experience facilitates subscription and enhances discovery, and this lower price will allow more families to enjoy this exceptional shared entertainment offer.”

After October 2, the package will cost $11.99 per month for the basic tier or $14.99 per month for the ad-free Premium tier. The ad-supported Basic plan combines top sports, including NFL games and more than 2,000 football games each year, with on-demand entertainment options for current and upcoming shows and movies, as well as breaking news across CBS News.
The premium plan features free on-demand entertainment with 4K, HDR, Dolby Vision, and portable downloads; Expanded list of must-watch sports; and live broadcasts to local affiliates in over 200 markets across the US
SHOWTIME will feature original content, live sports, and movies without commercials for each of the Paramount+ packages. For those who don’t want to watch the Paramount service, SHOWTIME will continue to be available separately for $10.99 as a stand-alone service and through other distributors.
